Leader: Someone who manage and guide a group of people to interact and get results. Moreover, skills to hear
someone or be open minded is part of good aspects and traits.
Movement: Do an action or take a desition.

Who is more important: a leader or the
follower?
For me a leader is more important due the
importance of their words and decisions. The
team’ success will depend on his or her choices.
1. Because leaders are capable to give instructions, promote
inclusion and interactions. They can stablish rules to bring
about team roles and organization on time.
2. Leaders can fix the group porpoise and help the group to keep
going by encouraging the team and help one by one if
someone feel confused or with no idea.
