    • How to react
     DABC
    1. D: Stop major bleeding
    Protect the spine
    2. A+B: Check if breathing
    3. C: Check if in cardiac arrest
    CPR
    AED
    4. I will add a E for exposure, where I will need:
    a. Blanket
    b. Stretcher
    CPR
    • Call for AED!
    • Chest compressions

    1/3 of depth of chest


    Emergencies
    • Drowning • Unconscious
    -> Do not jump, throw something -> Look and think

    • Fire • Attack/Aggressivity
    -> Fire blanket -> Wait for help and security

    • Impaling object
    -> Do not remove, do not mobilize
    Medical material • Eye rinsing station

    • Medical locker • Grab it yourself kit


    • Medical blue bag • Headache

    • Gauze for minor bleeding

    • Immobilization board  Washing your wounds for 60s or until the


    wound is clean!!

     Beware of hiding fever behind paracetamol
