comfort, which we will provide it especially on the
birthday parties celebrations.

Our vission extends beyond our business because we


want future generation to continue enjoying such
delectable foods that were originally made in the
Philippines. We visualize for the best of the best that our
customers deserve to experience by enjoying this
delicious food which exception quality that our products
make our customers nostalgic.

Shanghai-eong Haseyo is a type of ready-to-eat food business. We established this


business to provide satisfaction to our valuable customers who love to eat and enjoy
delicious food not only during Meryenda or birthday parties but also on a bad days. Our
venture is more that just looking for ways to make money; we also want to emphasize the
importance of shanghai food to the next generation. Shanghai-eong Haseyo sells products
that can soothe a broken-hearted soul longing for comfort. Our product is in high demand,
and we are proud to present our wonderful amenities as well as our delectable foods,
which help to comfort and satisfy our hungry customers.
NATURE OF BUSINESS
Shanghai-eong Haseyo is a typical Meryenda food establishment. Shanghai or
Lumpiang Shanghai appeared in the Philippines a century ago, influenced by China. The
business was named after some Humanista owner, Shakespeare students, that describe
their agony before starting this business, in which they are all broken-hearted and tired of
everything. And this Shanghai food gives them the satisfaction of comfort that led them to
start this business. Some Humanista are funatics of k-drama and k-pop. And because of
that, the word “Shanghai” they make it a unique. They add korean word
“Annyeonghaseyo” which means “Hello”. They combined the word and it become
“Shanghai-eong Haseyo” which means; Shanghai-Hello. Shanghai-eong Haseyo will
ultimately satisfy the delicious taste of customers, particularly those who have craving for
Shanghai food. Our company will provide the solace that each broken-hearted soul and
hungry stomach craves.
Strengths
Our company sells typical Filipino foods, which
Filipinos are encourage to buy. Aside from that,
one of the advantages of this product is that you
can eat and drink it whenever you want.

Weaknesses
Every food product has a weaknesses, and
ours is that the preparation of foods will take 15-
20 minutes depending on the set that the
customer choose to purchase, which may
cause them to not wait for the food or to cancel
the order.
Opportunities
Because this is a food product, it is appealing to the
public’s eyes. This products sole opportunity is that it
is a delicious food that Filipinos enjoy eating. Despite
the fact that we are dealing with a pandemic, this is
the best time to sell these types of food products
because people can have their favorite Meryendas at
home without leaving the house.

Threats
We are aware that we have competitors, as is typical for
this type of business. Also, we cannot guarantee that
the sale of this product will increase or maintain on an
daily basis, but because we are in this endeavor, we will
do our best to make this business more successful as
time goes on.
MARKET TARGET

Our target market strategy is to provide a product that will statisfy the
customer and entice them to return to us. Our company is proud of the one-of-
a-kind product it manufactures, and we use it to market to customer. As a result

Our delictable foods structure has a “mini cart look”. Yet open area located at the
Morin Residences. Mini Carts design has proven to bre more appealing to customers.
We created this style to appease our customers not only to satisfy their cravings, but
also to give them a postive vibe that our establishments supported.

Kagat, Laman Agad!”. Using a unique concept og tagline that is easy to remember can
either brighten or enlighten their mind by selecting our very own delectable and
satisfying shanghai dessert.

Shanghai-eong Haseyo hired trustworthy and


conscienctious employees. Mr. Morin ensured that all
employees received professional training in dealing
with various types of customer personas when
establishing this business because he believes that in
marketing, sales are not the only concern, but the
customer as well. He ensures that everything is in
order with the help of the service team and non-
human chat bot because it is critical to rely on
customer’s feedback to develop the aforementioned
problems.

community members who want to enjoy such
delectable foods during Meryenda time. Our
product guarantees that it is suitable for both
children and adults because the company ensures
that all products are of high quality.
Process
Service is an important factor in building a firm and
strong business in any industry. Because we are in the
food business, we follow strict safety protocols when
processing our products. First and foremost, we
ensured that the delivery process would be
complemented on time. Following that, we ensured the
safety of our drivers by putting them through training on
how to be a better courier, particularly with our product.
Then we provided a meet-up option for customers, or
they could simply pick up their own purchase product
at a predetermined time.

Our store is located at Barangay Palingon-Tipas, Taguig City, we
are open from 1pm to 5pm on weekdays and 1pm to 4pm on
weekends. Staff working hours are presented on the table below.

valued customers. Our delivery function will ensure that the product is delivered on
time. We will ensure that the quality of our delectable shanghai is our priority. Payment
methods can be cash or cashless, but because we are dealing with a pandemic and
technology is rapidly changing, we will prefer the cashless option, which is Gcash, so
that we can easily settle with our customers.

☆During the ordering process, or customers can select reservation for the alloted
time and then pick then up. They can contact us via messenger at
www.shanghai-eonghaseyo.fb.com. For walk-in, they are free to order on time, and we
do have a waiting area and a number so that when their preferred set is ready, they can
