Can I opt out and opt in anytime?
• You can opt in anytime but you can only opt out 14 days after being opted in the program
What if my 5% participation fee is more than P100?
• A seller will only be charged P100 maximum per successfully delivered item
Is there a maximum number of orders that can be subsidized by free shipping max program?
• None. All orders placed during the program period can be subsidized by free shipping max program as long as the orders meet the
voucher minimum spend requirement
Why am I being charged even if my store is on holiday mode?
• Even if you are on Holiday Mode, as long as you have a delivered order, you will be charged the participation fee.
Can I choose specific items to be submitted in Free Shipping Max?
• No. When you opt in Free Shipping Max, it applies across all items in your store as promotion is store-wide.
FAQs
What if a buyer checks out multiple items from my store? How will I be charged then?
• Each successfully delivered item will be charged the 5% participation fee capped at P100. (see scenario 4)
• Example;
• Item A – P5000 (P250 Participation Fee)
• Item B – P650 (P32.50 Participation Fee)
• Item C – P25 (P1.25 Participation Fee)
• Total Participation Fee – P283.75
What if a buyer checks out multiple items from different stores that are not Free Shipping Max adopted sellers?
• The participation fee will only be charged only on the eligible items, and not the whole cart. (see scenario 5)

Will my 1% Marketplace fee be waived if I join Free Shipping Max?

• Yes, the seller will initially be charged the 1% MP Fee but will be rebated back on a biweekly basis via their SOA.
