About 360 Degree Appraisals




Includes Quantitative Data: It is important to collect quantitative (numeric) data. Numeric data will give you hard numbers that you can use to identify strengths and weaknesses. Includes Qualitative Data: It is important to collect qualitative (comments) data. Comments will offer insights into specific issues that are often missed by quantitative data alone. Comments are often the most valuable part of the feedback process

Leaders need to not only talk the talk but also walk the walk Leaders must have own belief systems Do not play games of manipulation - be simple & transparent Integrity is a slow, consistent & never-ending process

Must have organizational credibility
