    Internet became one of our daily routine nowadays,
    because we are able to share posts, communicate
    with our relatives and friends But some of us dont
    know how much they spent online.

    This study aims to demonstrate how technology


    affects teenagers on how much time they spend
    online and what are the activities they play part
    with. With the data collected we will be able to
    learn our engagement to technology and be mindful
    on our time spent online

    CONCLUSION
    Technology in itself is a crucial part of our life now, especially
    amidst the pandemic which explains this data table above and
    how much time we spend using technology in a day. This is
    because they most likely spend so much time on video games,
    social media, among other leisure things, or they went somewhere
    on a vacation like a hotel or a resort. Due to the pandemic, we are
    also forced to use online means to continue our education with
    online lessons, online activities, or with modules.
