stanicama (TCMI)
Naive T cells recognize MHC-associated peptide antigens displayed on APCs and other signals (not shown). The T cells
respond by producing IL-2 and expressing receptors for IL-2, leading to an autocrine pathway of cell proliferation. The
result is expansion of the clone of T cells that are specific for the antigen. Some of the progeny differentiate into effector
cells, which serve various functions in CMI, and memory cells, which survive for long periods.
Prepoznavanje antigena i kostimulacija
Immunoreceptor tyrosine-
based activation motifs
(ITAMs) are the regions of
cytosolic tails of signaling
proteins that are phospho-
rylated on tyrosine residues
and become docking sites for
other tyrosine kinases.
Immunoreceptor tyrosine-
based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs)
are the regions of signaling
proteins that are sites for
tyrosine phosphatases that
counteract actions of ITAMs.
Prepoznavanje peptida u sklopu mol. MHC
TCR i CD4/CD8 zajedno prepoznaju komplekse peptidnih anti-
gena i MHC mol. na APC, a to daje prvi signal za aktivaciju T-st.
TCR prepoznaje predočeni peptid i ostatke MHC molekule
smještene oko pukotine za vezanje peptida
CD4 ili CD8 veže mol. MHC klase II ili klase I na mjestu različitom

signalizacije iz TCR kompleksa
APCs, principally DCs, may ingest and present simultaneously microbial antigens to CD8+ T cells and to
CD4+ T cells. Sometimes, the APCs may be infected and can directly present antigens (not shown). The
CD4+ T cells then produce cytokines that stimulate the expansion and differentiation of the CD8+ T
cells. Helper cells also may activate APCs to make them potent stimulators of CD8+ T cells.

Kad naivna T-st. uđe u čvor, ona je izložena maloj konc. S1P pa
se izražaj receptora počinje povećavati
