A favorite book is a person's best friend, with which sadness turns into quivering excitement, and boredom into an endless journey through the world of letters and words. I read a lot of books, so I will name not my favorites, but the latest ones Robert Leahy - freedom from anxiety. deal with anxiety before it deals with you Fedor Dubrovsky - crime and punishment (I haven't read it yet) Robert Leahy - freedom from anxiety. deal with anxiety before it deals with you In this book, you will learn how to deceive your fear and learn how to cope with stress. Here you will find a simple step by step guide to overcome any type of anxiety. Now you will forever get rid of anxiety and begin to live life to the fullest. The book itself is very simply written. The author explains well the causes of anxiety, talks about different types of anxiety disorders. The most important plus, in my opinion, is the exercises in cognitive- behavioral therapy. There are many of them, painted in detail for each type of disorder. And they really work! verified by many people Fedor Dubrovsky - crime and punishment The basis of the plot of the novel "Crime and Punishment" is the murder committed by the protagonist. Rodion Raskolnikov, “a young man expelled from university students” and “living in extreme poverty,” wrote an article six months before the crime, in which he expressed his principle of separating people. He was convinced that “people, according to the law of nature, are generally divided into two categories: the lower (ordinary) ... and actually people, that is, those who have the gift or talent to say a new word in their environment.” With his theory, Raskolnikov tried to solve the question of which of the people should live and who should die. One of the finest works of Russian classics. The novel is quite difficult to understand, but it raises a huge number of topics, and one of them is the report of the criminal. Fedor Mikhailovich is an excellent psychologist who shows Raskolnikov's inner state. I would also like to note that the characters are very well written, many of them make you sympathize, hate. This book changes the worldview of a person completely. I would like to read more books
