 PROJECT DEFINATION
An android and web-based system called Sportena was
created to make it easier for users to add sports tournaments
and series and rent out fields.

This system's design goal is to facilitate user management of

tournaments, participants, equipment, venues, etc. via digital
media.

The Sportena system is anticipated to make data processing,

scheduling, and member registration easier.

Booking field, equipment, reservations,etc.

 PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES
 To create a mechanism that will make it easier for organizer and
players to find information quickly.

 To create a system that will assist players in locating the nearest

area and teammates or rivals for various sports.

 To implement the rule in the proposed system which is rule-

based technique
 SCOPE
This system focuses on the organizer and the players that wanted to search for
others players and areas respectively.

SPORTENA is divided into two parts which is user and admin.

Admin in this system will act as an administrator for the system and manage the
system. While the user who uses the application can be either the organizer, the
player, the sponsers or the team.
a) User(Android Application):
 Able to search for others player information.
 Able to update their information.
 Able to search for teams members.
 Able to search choose the location of courts.

b) Admin(Website):
 Able to log in as administrator.
 Able to approve users registrations to the system
 Able to update users (Add or Delete).
 Able to add and update, delete courts.
