EXCEL
• MS Excel is a computer program used to create electronic spreadsheets.

Within MS Excel user can Organize data, create charts ,and can Perform
Calculations.

Ms Excel is a convenient program Because it allows User to create large


spreadsheet, reference information And it allows For better storage of information.

MS Excel consists of workbooks , Within each workbook There is an infinite


number of worksheets.

• Worksheet is a grid made up of horizontal rows and vertical
Columns.

• The excel 2010 worksheet contains 10,48,576 rows and 16,384


columns.
Cell A1

• Where Each intersection of a row and a column forms a cell


in which user can store data. For example. Cell A1 is located
Where Column A and Row 1 meets.

• The Tabs at the bottom Of the screen represent Different


worksheets Within a workbook. You Can use the scrolling
Buttons on the left to bring the other worksheets into view.
