佛 法 教 导 和 发

Generosity is a practice of spirituality
for joy, peace and serenity.

May my heart grow in Generosity.


May I reach out much more in Charity.

慷慨是一种修行 为了欢乐、和平与安宁。
愿我的心在慷慨中成长。
愿我更多地参与慈善事业。 2
Our speech, action and livelihood
must be right.
Only then can the mind be wise,
clear and bright.

May I not swerve from rules of Morality.


May my thoughts, words
deeds grow in purity.

我们的言行和生计必须正确。只有这样,
心才能变得聪明、清晰、明亮。
愿我不偏离道德准则。 愿我的意念、言行清净。

All conditioned things don’t last
in Samsara.
Clinging and Attaching to them
bring Dukkha.

May I find mental peace through Non-Attaching.


May I see that Craving causes Suffering.

所有有条件的东西都不会在轮回中持续下去。
执着于它们会带来苦。
愿我通过不执着找到精神平静。愿我看到贪爱导致痛苦。

Be very mindful of our thoughts,
speech and what we do.
Unwholesomeness will lead to Dukkha,
that’s really true.

May I stop all unwholesome doings.


May I see the true Nature of things.

非常注意我们的想法、言语和我们所做的事情。
不善会导致苦,这是真的。
愿我停止一切不善行。愿我看到事物的真实本质。

The highest Peace and Happiness
lies in Nibbana.
The Noble Eight-Fold Path
is the Way for this Sukkha.

May I strive diligently in Dhamma Practice.


May I attain Nibbanic Happiness and Bliss.

最高的安乐与幸福在于涅槃。八正道是此殊胜之道。
愿我在佛法修行中精进努力。愿我证得涅槃喜乐。

Being patient, calm and forgiving gives
more mental peace.
Practice this and you will be free from
much mental dis-ease.

May I be patient with others and myself within.


May I be more calm, more tolerant
and forgiving.

耐心、冷静和宽容会带来更多的精神平静。练习这个,
你就会从很多精神上的痛苦中解脱出来。
愿我对他人和内心有耐心。
愿我更冷静、更持久、更宽容。

As one walks The Noble 8-Fold Path
mindfully,
his compassion and wisdom
will grow steadily.

May I persevere on The Middle Path


with a loving and understanding heart.

当一个人正念地走八正道时,
他的慈悲和智慧会不断增长。
愿我以一颗慈爱和理解的心坚持中道。

‘No Lying, Slander, Harsh speech and Gossiping’
is Right Speech.
On these important precepts, the Buddha has
clearly preached.

May I be Honest and Truthful.


May my Speech be very Mindful.

“ 不说谎、不诽谤、不严词、不说闲话”是正语。
在这些重要的戒律上,佛陀已经清楚地讲过。
愿我诚实和诚实。愿我的演讲非常正念。

The Meditation on Loving-Kindness
is known as Metta Bhavana.
Practice this constantly,
the benefits are many to lessen Dukkha.

May I spread Dhamma and Loving-Kindness


For all Mankind’s Peace, Bliss and Happiness.

慈悲观被称为慈心。不断地修行,
减轻苦的好处很多。
愿我传播佛法与慈悲为了全人类的和平、
快乐和幸福。 10
Practicing Dhamma contemplation ,
metta and compassion
is important in one’s Dhamma striving
for Liberation.

May I constantly reflect and contemplate


on the Dhamma.
May I be kind and Compassionate
to all in Samsara.

修习佛法沉思、慈心和慈悲对一个人追求
解脱的佛法很重要。
愿我不断地反省和思索佛法。
愿我善待轮回中的所有人。

Having joy at others’ blessings
and sharing one’s merits
are great Dhamma practices
that will uplift one’s spirits.

May I rejoice at others’ sweet success.


May my merits be shared with all the rest.

乐于他人的加持,分享自己的功德
是伟大的佛法修行,
可以提升一个人的精神。
愿我为他人的甜蜜成功而欢欣鼓舞。
愿我的功德与其他人分享。 12
Practicing true Loving-kindness,
Compassion, Joy and Equanimity
is cultivating the mind leading one to end
Dukkha and misery.

May I gain an Equanimous mind.


May my mind realize the Truth Sublime.

修行真正的慈、悲、喜、舍正在修心引导一个人
结束苦和痛苦。
愿我获得平等心。愿我的心领悟到崇高的真理。

the noble 8-fold path diligently.
You’ll then reach the goal of ending all
suffering
and misery.”

“ 志存高远,努力走八正道。这
样你就可以达到结束所有痛苦和
