 ABOUT THE PLATFORM

• This platform will be based around an AI which can conversate with individuals using the
platform based on the level which they will gain by completing lessons and challengers
provided within the platform
 HOW THE PLATFORM WORKS

• The individuals using the platform will be persuaded into creating a personal account in which their progress will
be recorded for future use.
• The individuals will then go through a series of personalized tests which will determine their starting level in
Arabic fluency.
• The platform will generate a wide variety of lessons in stages in which the individual can use to further improve
their fluency in Arabic.
• The performance of the individual will be recorded within their personal account at every step of the way.
• The platform will provide daily learning materials such as movies, books, music, etc (the learning materials
provided will be tailored based on the individuals stage in fluency).
• The platform always has an AI chatbot which uses the list of words the individual knows in Arabic to conversate
with the individual to further aid the individual's memorization of Arabic.
 HUNTER STAGE

In this stage, we will be carrying out personalized business strategies to most effectively grab the
attention of potential customers, to achieve this we will,
• We will be using a supply and demand strategy to attract customers to our platform.
• We will carry out partnered exhibitions within primary and secondary schools to attract
customers who require aid in the learning of the Arabic language.
• We will give an initial free trial period to the students and parents of the school.
• We will broadcast our platform on the regions in which demand for Arabic language speakers is
relatively high
• We will partner with companies which require their existing employees to gain fluency in Arabic
 TRAPPER STAGE

In this stage, we will create the demand for our customers to further use our platform. We will achieve this by
• Creating separate sectors within the platform which are specialized for the individuals needs
• Creating a sector in which the customer can input their focus on Arabic, such as the topic in which is taught in
school, the field in which the customer works, etc.
• Creating a sector in which is specialized on travelers, in this sector the customer can pinpoint the environment in
which they will be using the language, such as the country/city, this will allow the platform to provide the specific or
similar dialect to in which is used in the specified country/city
• Creating a sector in which will be focused on the customers direct needs, such as being able to communicate with
restaurants, government sectors, daily conversations, taxi’s and so fourth.
• Creating prizes ranging from books to event tickets in which they will require Arabic fluency
• Providing certified certificates in which the individuals could use to apply for jobs and so forth.
 TRAPPER STAGE

We will be using the previously mentioned methods to create a demand from our platform, to the
customers, this will persuade the customer to continue using our platform to further their fluency
in the Arabic language and potentially continue using the platform till they are completely fluent.
For as long as we can create a demand, customers will continue to use our platform in order for
us to supply their needs.
FARMER STAGE

In the stage we will be using strategies to further the platforms reach to new potential clients, we will achieve
this by
• Applying a referral system which will provide existing customers and potential clients with benefits both
inside the platform and outside.
• Hosting events which existing users could use their acquired knowledge in the Arabic language to
communicate with interested clients, this can both benefit the existing customer by allowing them to use their
acquired knowledge in a practical manner, as well as show potential clients the usefulness of our platform.
• By allowing customers to be able to share their progress and activity on their social medias
• By allowing customers to friend other customers and practice and share their Arabic fluency within and
outside the platform.
 OUR UNIQUE BUSINESS STRATEGY

Currently, there are countless platforms in which people could use to learn Arabic, however, our
strategy will be to run all the mentioned campaigns to attract individuals to view our unique
method of teaching the Arabic language. To do this, we will be advertising potential customers to
try our platform for free to see the effectiveness of our platform, and potentially encourage these
customers to further their journey within our platform as well as share the platform with their
piers.
