❖ Step1: Vacancy Input
❖ All information about the role including Key Responsibilities,
Benefits Offered, Eligibility Criteria, Number of Vacancies, Selection
Process etc.

❖ Step 2: Vacancy Set-Up

❖ Application form for the applicants
❖ Create posters through CANVA application
 The Process
❖ Step 3: Vacancy publishing (Posters & Application
Forms)
❖ Connecting with the Universities / Colleges TPOs
❖ Share the message ( refer appendix for sample ) in relevant
Whatsapp Groups
❖ Mailing the registered candidates
❖ Publish on Enable’s Linked In profile with relevant tags
❖ Mail to relevant colleges in the database
❖ Publish in Enable’s Naukri Portal

❖ Step 4: Eligibility Assessment
❖ Step 5: Shortlisting
❖ Step 6: Training Agenda Set-up
❖ Preparation through Mock Interviews;

❖ Step 7: Sharing of profiles with Recruiters

❖ CVs of the candidates are mailed to them
❖ Basic information is shared with them through Summary Excel Sheet

❖ Company declares the result, informs Enable
❖ Enable informs selected candidates

❖ Step 9: Feedback
❖ From selected candidates & company

❖ Step 10: Closure: Invoicing and Collection
