behavior or knowledge.
× It can be said that if there is a
change in the person’s behavior,
with that said change, there is
learning

× Behavioral change starts with the mind when it
accepts new knowledge.
× Sometimes, the mind orders the body to show
some signs of behavior. Sometimes, the mind is
just plain contented with the new knowledge and
does not make attempts to show behavior change.

TWO KINDS OF CAUSATION
1. Internally caused behaviors are those that are
believed to be under the personal control of the
individual.
2. Externally caused behavior is seen as resulting
from outside causes. That is, the person is seen
as having been forced into the behavior by the
situation

× To build trust and a lasting relationship among people. Your values
are essential.
× As is it for humans, so it is for organization. Apart from having
aims and objectives for the workplace, it is necessary to have
values too.
Why are Espoused and Enacted values important?
1. It helps to increase productivity, performance, orderliness and
excellent customer service.
2. It helps to build trust within the workplace.
