Introduction

This presentation will discuss about the application of strategic


management in the expansion of Monte’s Meat and its conversion
from an order-basis online store to a dine-in restaurant.

Monte’s Meat is a newly established small enterprise sells smoked


meat products in the province of Cavite and Pangasinan. Known for its
high-quality smoked meat products, it started to slowly become
popular in every household and social events.

Generating sales more than initially expected, the management decided


to venture to dine-in restaurant.
