NEED / MOTIVATION
• A library management system enhances the efficiency of both the librarians and the
library users
• With a library management system, you can easily eliminate the no of employees or
staffs and keep different manual files without using papers, thereby reducing the cost.
• Time is precious for both the librarians and the users. By an integrated library
management system, a librarian can easily record and go through the history of
individual library users without wasting the time
• Through our software user can add members, add books, search
members, search books, update information, edit information, borrow
and return books in quick time

computerized so no issue with petty errors.

reports

• It was able to run the database functions with ease and has easy to understand
and functional gui interface.
• There is a future scope in this project ,as the structure ,functions and coding of the
project is structured. We can add functions according to client demands in future .
