5.1 The difference in the perception of the participant's on the level of "being global" of the college or
department when they are grouped according to demographic profile.
• Physical technology – Out of 15 respondents, there are 9 Females and 6 Male respondents. 5 votes from Female, 1 from Male in Very High,
4 from Female and Male in High rate and 1 for Male in Low rate. Most of the respondents are Female with Very High in terms of Physical
Technology. This implies that Females are more into Physical Technology compared to Male. This shows that Female respondents were
more enthusiast in terms of Physical Technology than Male . Further, 3 Male and 4 Female responded High and in terms of Physical
Technology.
• Virtual technology – Out of 15 respondents, there are 9 Females and 6 Male respondents. The internet capability of Female respondents
with 4 votes implies a very high result. While 4 Male and 5 Females responded a high rating; and 2 voted Moderate coming from Male
respondents. In terms of Virtual Technology, most of the respondents who voted High – Very are mostly are Female respondents. This
shows that Female respondents were more enthusiast in terms of Virtual Technology than Male respondents.
• Social Technology – Out of 15 respondents, which has 9 Females and 6 Male respondents. The majority of the response of Moderate came
from 4 Females; then the 2 other response came from Male respondents. 4 respondents from Low, 2 from Male and 2 for Female and
there were 4 responses from Very Low which came from the 3 Females and 1 Male respondents. And 1 from Not at all which came from
Male respondent.
• Social Technology – In terms of the presence of people or students from other countries in being global to the college or department,
Majority of the votes were Not at all.

• Personal development - Out of 15 respondents, there were 3 Females and 4 Males who responded Very high, 1 Female and 2
Male from High, 4 Females from Moderate and 1 Female from Low. This infer that Globalization greatly affected the Males
who voted for Very high and High in terms of Personal Development. While in Female, 3 voted for Very high, 1 from High and
4 From Moderate and 1 from Low which concur that Globalization wasn’t that important to the Personal development of
Females.
• Economic development – Out of 15 respondents, 1 Female and 4 Male responded Very high, 2 Female and 1 Male from High,
3 Females from Moderate, 2 Females and 1 Male from Low and 1 Female for Not at all. Which conclude that The importance
of Globalization to the perception of the participants do not infer to their Gender or Age. It is just based on their personal
experience and observations.
• Socio-Cultural development – Out of 15 respondents, 5 Females and 3 Males responded Very high, 2 Females and 3 Males
from High and 1 Female from Moderate and 1 Female from Low rate. Females were the one who got the Majority vote for
Very high and from High rate, the Male leads from 3 – 2. This concludes that the Globalization has Very-High importance level
through socio-cultural development of the interviewees/respondents.
• Political development – Out of 15 respondents, 1 Male responded Very high, 6 Female and 3 Male from High, 2 Female and 1
Male for Moderate and 1 Female from Low. The Importance of globalization in terms of Political development has great
influence and effects to Political Growth of the Country. Each response came from different perceptions and based on their
personal experiences which concur that the Globalization has greater impact and highly important to the Political
Development.
