 In the past, oxtail soup was a special dish
for ethnic South Americans which was
popular before the revolutionary war,
namely soup with thick and delicious
soup. Popular also in Great Britain in the
18th century ago.

 In Indonesia, there is something that is


very well known, namely the Creole oxtail
soup which contains cow tail, tomatoes,
potatoes, carrots, corn, garlic, and spices.

 Oxtail soup is already well-known as one


of the must-try Indonesian culinary lists. It
has a taste of spices that is different from
other countries, considering that Indonesia
is the largest storehouse of spices in the
world.
NASI CAMPUR BALI
 Nasi Campur Bali, is a dish that
generally consists of a composition; lilit
satay, betutu or shredded chicken, jukut
urap, lawar, anchovies, and sambal
matah.

 Nasi Campur Bali, there is also harmony


in the treat, but there is a sensation and
taste that is firmer or more sigrak
because it uses "Base Genep" or Bumbu
Genep which generally consists of;
ginger, turmeric, galangal, kencur,
lemongrass, hazelnut, pepper, bay
leaves, red and white onions, cayenne
pepper, large chilies, lime leaves.

 Base Genep has a philosophical and


spiritual meaning also in Balinese
BEBEK SAMBAL HIJAU
 Duck with Green chili sauce or
famously known as ITIAK LADO
MUDO is a famous dish from
Bukittinggi. Super soft duck meat
wrapped in delicious spicy green chili
seasoning. This green chili sauce duck
has been around since the Dutch era
and is a traditional food for hundreds
of years. Precisely when the Dutch
colonized Indonesia.

 The lado mudo itiak is always served


by the Minangkabau people during the
rice field harvesting event.
 Itiak lado mudo is traditional curry by
the ancestors
NASI GORENG
 Hanzi, that's how fried rice is called in its
place of origin, China. Starting from
Chinese people who are not used to
throwing away the leftover rice for breakfast
or dinner, finally every time there is food
left, they decide to fry it.

 With the aim that the food is not thrown


away but still edible and delicious and warm
when consumed because some Chinese
people also do not like to eat cold food.
Then from there came a habit of frying rice
by adding a few spices to the table.

 Fried rice then spread to Indonesia brought


by Chinese immigrants who settled and
created typical Indonesian fried rice which
was based on differences in spices and
frying methods and made it to Indonesian
National food.
