Owner Point to discuss

1. TKCs to complete all the erection work under UPPDNRP project within scheduled project timeline i.e., till July-22.
Any delay in project completion beyond scheduled timeline shall entirely be the responsibility of the TKC & LD may
be imposed as per terms & conditions of the contract.

3. TKCs to also submit the actual invoice details on portal.

1. PMA to submit habitation wise analysis on pending majras to be completed by TKC. In consultation with TKCs &
Discom, PMA shall submit the weekly completion plan for remaining habitations.

non-compliances reported at site & rectification done by TKCs. PMA shall ensure that quality of work is maintained at

to share the details by 27/07/2022.

2. Discom to share the details of 6th Quarterly Progress Report (QPR). Discom has informed to share the details by 27/07/2022.

3. Discom need to submit the impact due to penalty clause conditions in the contract. Discom has informed to share the details by
27/07/2022.
4. Discom to appoint auditors for audit of Annual Project Financial Statements (APFS). Discom has informed that the auditor shall
be appointed by 29/07/2022.

5. Discom need to submit the details of TKC payment in process at various stages at Discom level. Discom has informed to share
the details by 30/07/2022.
6. What is the status of project completion & contract extension if any?

8. Discom shall ensure that JMC certification, Completion Certificates & Operation Acceptance Certificate are approved without any
delay after completion of habitations. The TKC wise estimated amount of payments that can be claimed against the pending
JMCs is enclosed in Annexure-I.

9. The Discom officials need to conduct site visits to ensure quality and report the findings to UPPCL on weekly basis. (ref UPPCL
letter no. 2807 dated 17.08.2022). Discom to ensure that the TKCs are maintaining the quality of works as per the standards and
specifications defined in the contract. The Discom/PMA should also ensure that same type of NCs are not repeated by the TKCs.

10.Discoms to share the revised BOQ as actual requirement of material at site. It is found that there is major difference in required
quantities for some packages.

1. M/s Gupta Power to provide the Labour insurances for Lucknow CESS zone. TKC has informed to share the
TKCs insurance by 27/07/2022.
