What is the Be-U final Project Oral?
The Be-U Final Project Oral is an academic AND pedagogical exercise. It is a REQUIREMENT for your diploma
The objective is to demonstrate to the jury the adequacy between the skills required for the job you want
and those acquired through your personal and professional experiences.

The Be-U Final Project Defense is not :


- a catalogue of your experiences
- a chronological sequence of your educational experience at Kedge
- reading your CV
The oral presentation

20 minutes of oral presentation


+ 10 minutes of questions / answers
+ 10 minutes of jury decision
+ 10 minutes of feedback and advice

The jury is a consultant of the Career Centre


Expectations for the Be-U Final Project Oral
#1 Your ability to synthesize your personal and professional career path

#2 Your ability to identify the skills of the job you are considering (summaries of professional
meetings held via My Way, My Job Glasses, the Alumnis, the company forum, etc...).

#3 Your ability to demonstrate the acquisition of skills through your lived experiences
(CAR method)

#4 The relevance of your project implementation strategy.


If you are already working or starting your own business (entrepreneurship) , you will present
the means you have implemented to achieve this, your current situation and the prospects for
the future.

#5 Your expression, your qualities as a speaker


About the structure and content
There is no imposed plan

 The aim is to demonstrate the skills you’ve acquired along your study period
(knowledges, know how to do, know how to be) by drawing on your various experiences :
 You will provide evidence your skills acquired using specific examples among your
various experiences: courses, internships, pro-acts, community involvement, personal
experiences, sports and others.
 You will convincingly demonstrate that you have the ability to carry on the position you
are aiming to work in, and address the jury the way you will implement a relevant
strategy to obtain an internship or a job, in line with your personality, motivations and
skills.
