GENERAL STORE MANAGER
• In charge of the general administration of the store covering all aspects of its operations and
office administration
• Accountable to the owner on the basis of store and personnel performance on KRA/KPIs
GROCERY MANAGER
• In charge of the management of stocks on all goods and products not included in any
specialized section category
• Accountable to the general store manager on the basis of section and personnel
performance on KRA/KPIs
• Over-all supervision on all section promodizers and shelf-attendant
• Tasked with the fixing and adjustment of prices for all products under the scope of his office,
including sales on discount and promos
PRODUCE MANAGER
• In charge of the monitoring of stocks on all produce (fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs, fresh
dairy products)
• Accountable to the general store manager on the basis of section and personnel
performance on KRA/KPIs
• Over-all supervision on all section promodizers and shelf-attendant
• Tasked with the fixing and adjustment of prices for all products under the scope of his office,
including sales on discount and promos
MEAT MANAGER
• In charge of the monitoring of stocks on all meat products
• Accountable to the general store manager on the basis of section and personnel
performance on KRA/KPIs
• Over-all supervision on all section personnel (butchers, promodizers and shelf-attendant)
• Tasked with the fixing and adjustment of prices for all products under the scope of his office,
including sales on discount and promos
BAKERY MANAGER
• In charge of the monitoring of stocks on all pastry products
• Accountable to the general store manager on the basis of section and personnel
performance on KRA/KPIs
• Over-all supervision on all section personnel (baker, promodizers and shelf-attendant)
• Tasked with the fixing and adjustment of prices for all products under the scope of his office,
including sales on discount and promos
PROMODIZER
• Provides general customer service in relation to section assignment
• Arranges products in shelves
SHELF ATTENDANT
• Maintains and monitors availability of stocks in shelves
• Reports to section manager the status of section inventory
BUTCHER/s
• Provides general customer service in relation to section assignment
• Arranges products in shelves
BAKER/s
• Maintains and monitors availability of stocks in shelves
• Reports to section manager the status of section inventory on ingredients
CASHIER/S
• Person tasked with operating the counter or till
• Ensure accuracy in payment of all customers
• Basic promotion of existing promos through upselling
BAGGER/S
• Tasked with packaging and bagging of groceries in aid of customers
• Aid in helping customers haul groceries bought
Customer Service
• Tasked with addressing general inquiries of the customers regarding the supermarket
• Tasked with the promotion and customer entitlement of Supermarket promos and raffles
BAGGAGE COUNTER PERSONNEL
• Accept and ensure security of customer properties surrendered in Supermarket custody
• Return surrendered properties to rightful costumers
• Ensure organization of baggage tags
INVENTORY PERSONNEL
• Tasked with the in-depth management of product stocks for sale, and other office materials
and supplies
• Ensure accurate inventory of goods and supplies
• Monitor rates of release of outgoing stocks of goods
• Monitor consumer expiration dates for goods
