This document discusses whether there should be state regulations on fast food. It acknowledges both the convenience and disadvantages of fast food, such as obesity and health issues from high calories, sugar, salt, and cholesterol. The document argues that since fast food can seriously damage people's health, the government has a right to regulate it, through restrictions, education on nutrition, and even bans or "sin taxes". Proper food handling, preparation, storage, and consumer awareness are recommended to control diseases related to fast food. In conclusion, while fast food has advantages of being cheap and convenient, its disadvantages outweigh benefits due to health risks, so moderation and small portions are advised.

Secondly I would also like to thank my parents and friends who helped me a lot in finalizing this project within the limited time frame. WHAT ARE FAST FOOD
Although a vast variety of food can be "cooked fast“ but "fast food" is
a commercial term limited to food sold in a restaurant or store with frozen, preheated or precooked ingredients, and served to the customer in a packaged form for take-out/take-away. They are high in fat , sugar and many other things. But they are mouth licking and budget friendly that’s why the people are so much fond of it . The fastest form of "fast food" consists of pre-cooked meals kept in readiness for a customer's arrival with waiting time reduced to mere seconds. Some example of fast foods are burgers, sandwich and etc . COVINIENCE OF FAST FOOD Fast food mainly aims for quick service. They are comparatively cheap. They are of a wider range. BAD EFFECTS OF FAST FOOD High calorie in fast food can lead to obesity . From the sugar in the fast food we can get felling in our teeth. Cholesterol and salt is known to set off blood pressure, strokes and heart disease. By eating too much fast food one loses time with family SHOULD THERE BE STATE REGULATION ON FAST FOOD Yes they should. If people are too stupid to understand they are absolutely destroying their body and can't make a wise decision, they need to be told the right decision. It's practically like using drugs; it ruins your body, but with fast food you don't even get high. I'm not condoning the legalization of hard drugs, but if the government has the right to regulate drugs, it might as well regulate fast food. I'm for an altogether ban, but the definition for what constitutes fast food is so ambiguous that it would be nearly impossible to place a ban. Fast food should at least have an enormous sin tax to combat the increased health problems it causes and the way it makes our country look absolutely disgustingly obese. RECOMMENDATION TO THE GOVERNMENT ON HOW TO CONTROL THE FAST FOOD BORN DISEASES FOOD HANDLING FAST FOOD PREPARATION FOOD STORAGE ABOUT NUTRITION CONCLUSION So, in the conclusion we can say that the disadvantages of fast food outweighs the advantages of fast food. Fast food may be convenient, cheap and have a wider variation, however, these advantages can easily contradict themselves as they can encourage the person to over eat, leading to various health concerns. So, keeping in mind the disadvantages of fast food, the key to eating the fast foods is moderation, occasional consumption and preferably in small portions.
