 Alcalosis metabólica
La alcalosis metabólica pertenece a un
grupo de trastornos del equilibrio acido-
base.
Donde el pH sanguíneo normalmente se
encuentra 7.45.
La alcalosis metabólica es el aumento
primario de la concentración de
bicarbonato (HCO3).

 Causas
Independientemente de la causa inicial, la persistencia de la alcalosis
metabólica indica un aumento de la reabsorción renal de HCO3−
porque, en condiciones normales, el HCO3− se filtra con libertad
en los riñones y se excreta.
Uso de diuréticos
