INTRODUCTION
 In 1858, Hamilton Smith patented the rotary washing
machine . In 1874, William Blackstone of Indiana built
a machine that removed dirt and stains from laundry
as a birthday present for his wife. This thoughtful gift
would come to be the first example of washing
machines designed for convenient use in the home
 These is used for cleaning the clothes
 It removes the stain and dirt from clothes
 It does not harm the clothes and keep it new clothes
 It spinning capacity cause centrifugal force causes dirt
removal and water removal fast
TYPES OF WASHING MACHINE

 TOP LOADED

 FRONT LOADED
CLASSIFICATION OF WASHING
MACHINE
 SEMI AUTOMATIC : They wash and spin dry laundry
in a similar manner to fully automatic washing machines.
However, semi automatic washing machines require you to
connect the hoses, add water, switch the clothes between the
wash basin and the spin tub, and drain the machine each time
you use it
 FULLY AUTOMATIC :Automatic washing machines
work on a very simple principle; they agitate clothes rapidly in
soapy water until they're clean and then clean water replaces the
soapy water until the clothes are rinsed completely. This process
removed all the stains and dirt from the clothes, making them
clean
TECHNOLOGY USE IN WASHING
MACHINE
 CENTER JET TECHNOLOGY : This is caused by
"jets of water" generating from the center of the pulsator
which improves washing effectiveness by lifting any clothes
that falls down onto the surface of the pulsator and thus
preventing tangled laundry.
 FUZZY CONTROL : It is logic checks for extent of dirt
and grease , the amount of soap , direction of speed.
 AQUA BET :Aqua Pressure reduces usage of water , by
reusing last rinsed out water
 INVERTER : It causes less vibration , less noise
especailly durin g the spining phase.
