CONCLUSION
Spreading the joy of eating to everyone, Jollibee Food Corporation and Subsidiaries
continues to expand brands that offer great dining experiences to its customers globally.
Covid-19's effect on the Jollibee Food Corporation Group's business activities,
however, is more about interruptions or disruptions. Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, a
sizable number of retailers across the globe were temporarily shuttered beginning in
March 2020. This causes an estimated 12.63 billion Philippine peso income loss.
Customers are served by the majority of the JFC Group's stores, spanning brands and regions, that
are still operational, through takeout, drive-thru, and delivery business channels. Due to the
shutdown of the dining facilities owned by the JFC Group, these commercial channels assisted in
mitigating lost revenues. Through a business transformation initiative, Jollibee was able to
strengthen its balance sheet.
