SIMPTOM &
KEROSAKAN
PADA GEARBOX

• Gear reverse sukar untuk di masukkan.


• Gigi gear haus dan
menyebabkan gear selalu
tendang.
• Gear susah dimasukkan pada setiap
penukaran gear. (Shifting gear
sangkut)
• Puncanya ialah apabila cooper gear
dan synchronizer melekat akibat
panas.
• Kehausan yang terjadi pada case Differential lock
disebabkan oleh gerak axial sleeve pinion gear
semasa menerima beban, terjadi pelanggaraan
terus menerus dalam waktu yang lama
mengakibatkan keausan pada dinding case.
