A Cut Above Myself

My Wellness Plan to Become Better

Introduction
Before, I was not the kind of person who was conscious with the food
I eat or the fats I burn. I was focused on other things that I forgot how to
become physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually organized. I’ve
always went with the flow and didn’t realize how this affected my well-
being.
As part of my steps toward becoming a better version of myself, this
presentation contains my wellness plan that would help me build myself
up. Objectives, tasks, insights and reflections will be included in the
aspects of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual of my wellness plan.
My future plans will also be indicated, as well as my goals, to elaborate
how wellness plays its role in my life.

Being physically active will not only help my body.
Having myself become vigorous would also keep my
other aspects work and function better. I believe that
having a physical wellness is a major factor
contributing to the overall function of my body’s
systems.

when it comes to

since I realized how important
it is in my overall being.
Moreover, what’s said to be
physically active doesn’t only
involve doing exercises, eating
healthy food or sleeping on
time. Things like limiting
ourselves in using gadgets will

Mental health is a major contributing factor on
the way people speak, feel and act. That’s why it
is very important to have the right mindset to
take good care of it.
Mental health centers on the brain so it has the control in almost
everything that happens in our body. Having a plan to ensure our mind
works and functions properly will be beneficial in our well-being in
general. Moreover, a wellness plan for improving mental health is a way
to bring out what we are capable of.

Spirituality is one distinct aspect that plays a very important


role in our lives. The way we see, think and act are based on
what we believe to be right. This is true because we were born
with religion. Most of the time, our religion takes part on our
decisions which make it either right or wrong, depending on
others. However, our spiritual health doesn’t only rely on what
our religion states. The things we do don’t solely satisfy our
religion, but our spiritual aspect.

Emotions are powerful features that humans possess.
Based on what I observed, thee are instances when people
tend to let their emotions take over their words and actions.
This is because in some situations, emotions are triggered
making them change the way we think or act. However, in
most cases, when emotions overpower our thinking, wrong
decisions are made. That’s why I know that having a proper
and correct plan to better control my own emotions is
crucial. If I can manage my feelings, then I won’t be close in
making unnecessary actions and decisions.
Being able to control my

my actions especially toward
others. I am the kind of person
who, most of the time, let my
emotions take over my words and
actions. That affected my
relationships and I plan to change
that because it is not healthy.

from an easy task, but starting easy is definitely a good strategy.
This wellness plan will be beneficial in my health. Above all, it will
