•Develop and implement safe work practices* to provide for
the control of hazards during operations such as:
–Lockout/tagout;
–Confined space entry;
–Line Opening process equipment or piping; and
–Control over entrance into a facility by maintenance,
contractor, laboratory, or other support personnel
