- it aims to increase the level of registration for vital events,


primarily by registering of birth of at least two (2) million individuals
belonging to marginalized communities including Indigenous Peoples
(IPs), Muslim Filipinos, and the poorest sector in the country

province of Agusan del Sur through the Local Civil Registry Offices.

PHILSYS BIRTH REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE

- PSA shall issue Negative Result of registration and Certificate Of Live Births
(COLBs) in Security Paper (SECPA) to the registrants free of charge.
- The LGU implement relaxation of documentary requirements and waive
penalty of Delayed Registration

PBRAP SUMMARY REPORT ON TARGET REGISTRANTS SUBMITTED FOR VERIFICATION, RECEIVED OMNIBUS CERTIFICATIONS, AND REGISTERED BENEFICIARIES
- 3, 033 individuals were verified to
have no birth records at PSA and thus,
need to apply for delayed
registration. - The total number of registered
individuals (beneficiaries) for birth with
electronic endorsement as of
September 27, 2022, is now 34.

The Implementation of the Printable Philippine
ID(PhilID)
To avail of the printable PhilID, the applicant shall check
the availability of their printable PhilID using their
transaction number issued during registration and set an
appointment for its printing at the nearest Philsys
Registration Center through the PSA Online

entertain walk in applicants
The Philsys Check as tool to verify the authenticity
of the PSA - Issued ID
The PSA developed this tool in the form of a
website that uses public-private key
cryptography. To allow relying parties to
verify the authenticity of the PSA-issued
PhilID through its QR Code feature.

The New Procedure in Securing PSA Copy of

The PSA recently deployed their online appointment
system for Civil Registration Services. The appointment
is available nationwide so you can choose the PSA oulet
nearest you. You can easily access the site.
