ACTIVITY

Your organization has been appointed to train the Board of National Bank of Ghana on their fiduciary
duties and liabilities:

Group 1 – Before the training, name 3 things a trainer must do and why? Rank them in order of
importance
Group 2 – At the start of the training, name 3 things a trainer must do and why? Rank them in order of
importance
Group 3 – Describe best practices when it comes to co-facilitating either in pairs or groups.
Group 4 – Describe best practices in dealing with a difficult participant
SOME NON VERBALS

• Dress comfortably and as formally as possible but understand the culture


• Do not overdress so as to attract attention to yourself
• Avoid revealing clothes
• Colour?
• Remain professional at all times.
TIPS FOR SOCIAL EVENTS

• You are the organization’s face/brand


• Moderation
• Bar Conversations about the training? Participants?
• Remember what role you play.
• Drink as little as you can
• Make your exit as soon as possible
