• Desktop Icons yaitu tampilan icon tertentu yg digunakan
untuk membuka/ mengaktifkan aplikasi/ program secara
cepat & umumnya diakses dg dobel klik.

Start Button
• Start Button yaitu tombol yg dipakai untuk menampilkan
"menu mulai" atau Start menu & posisinya di pojok kiri
bawah tampilan desktop.

Quick Launch
• Quick Launch yaitu bagian desktop untuk mengaktifkan/
membuka program yg ada secara cepat, dg cukup
melakukan 1 klik.

Taskbar
• Taskbar yaitu baris tugas & berfungsi menampilkan
aplikasi yg aktif di bagian bawah (bersebelahan dg
Quick Launch)
Notification Area yaitu bagian desktop yg menampilkan
Notification Area beberapa notifikasi seperti waktu (jam) & posisinya di pojok
kanan tampilan desktop.

Latar belakang desktop: latar belakang
(background) desktop (atau disebut
wallpaper), dapat di atur sesuai keinginan.
Kita dapat memilih gambar-gambar latar
yang telah tersedia (built-in) atau
menggunakan salah satu dari gambar milik
kita.
