RHYTHM

INTRODUCTION

Every individual has rhythm. It is found in


all of nature and is natural for every individual.
Rhythm is everywhere. Rhythm is most clearly
seen through DANCE- the art of movement.
What is Rhythm?

Elements of Rhythm
