This will be like the breakdown for the compensation, payment is done in
work phases. This is based on the official gazette.

DAEDS
1. Upon signing of Agreement
5% of the PF= 4,292,000 x 5%= 214,600
2.Schematic design phase (Evaluation, submission of initial drawings)
15% of the PF= 4,292,000 x 15%= 643,800 cumulative = 20% = 858,400
3.Upon design development Services (project specifications, Architectural
drawings)
20% of PF = 858,400 cumulative = 40% = 1,716,800
4.Completion of Contract Documents
50% of PF= 2,146,000 cumulative= 90% =3,862,800
5.Upon completion of work
10 % of PF = 429,200 cumulative =100% = 4,292,000
