Step 1 - MCB Power Supply

• First follow the electrical safety instruction for respective machine

• Turn ON the MCB for Robotic Lab

• First follow the electrical safety instruction for respective machine

Step 3 - Emergency Stop & Robot cell Safety

• Check the Emergency Stop

• Available at Robot Cell & Smart Pad
• Verify Robot cell door, it should be closed

Step 4 - KR C4 Smallsize-2 Controller

• First follow the electrical safety instruction for respective machine

• Turn ON Controller switch, Rotate it 90° in clockwise direction

Step 5 - Weld Controller

• First follow the electrical safety instruction for respective machine

• Turn ON Controller switch, Rotate it in clockwise direction

Step 6 - Gas Pressure in Gas Cylinder

• First follow the safety instruction

• Compressed GAS Cylinder ( 80% ARGON, 20% CARBON DIOXIDE)
• For correct flow of gas reading of pressure gauge should be 4 kg/cm²

Step 7 - Check the Gas Flow from Weld Controller

• First follow the safety instruction for respective machine

• Press the button for gas release button in Weld Controller
• Check the Gas flow from the weld Torch Nozzle
