ITNRODUCTION:

 My industrial training is based on Web Development.

 Web developers create and maintain websites.
 They are also responsible for the site's technical
aspects, such as its performance and capacity, which
are measures of a website's speed and how much traffic
the site can handle.
TRAINING PLATFORM:

 I completed my 15 days training with Konstant

InfoSolutions.
 At Konstant, they strive to excel in the invention and
development of the industry’s most advanced
technologies including mobile apps, web, eCommerce,
cloud integration, on-demand and alike.
 It is the best platform to learn and improve your skills on
new and advance technologies.
PREREQUISITES OF THE
TRAINING:
 Requirement of Internship letter provided by the College.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 Knowledge of designing software (e.g., Photoshop)

 Basic knowledge of web languages.

 DAY WISE SCHEDULE:

 The working days of the company is from Monday to

Saturday only for 1st and 3rd week of the month.
 For 2nd, 4th and 5th of the week, the working days is from
Monday to Friday.
 The working time is from 10:00 A.M. to 06:00 P.M. for the
employees.
 The timing for the interns are 10:00 A.M. to 03:00 P.M.

TRAINING COORDINATOR:

 My training instructor name is Mr. Narendra

Vashishth.
 He is a software engineer.
 He is at the position of junior Tech head in web
department.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

 I completed my industrial training in Web

Development.
 In this training I worked on 4 languages that are:
1. HTML
2. CSS
3. JAVA SCRIPT
4. PHP
TECHNOLOGY USED:

 In my training of Web Development, I worked on

Notepad++, Google Chrome and Xampp
software.
 Notepad++ is used to write the program codes.
 Google Chrome is used to run the web pages.
 Xampp software is used to run the PHP codes.

PROJECT INTRODUCTION:

 My project is CollegePredictor.
 CollegePredictor is a web based application system in
which students can register their marks along with their
personal information.
 This helps to predict their admissions in colleges.
 PROJECT SCOPE:
 Education seekers get a personalized experience on our
site, based on educational background and career interest,
enabling them to make well informed course and college
decisions.
 The decision making is empowered with easy access to
detailed information on career choices, courses, exams,
colleges, admission criteria, eligibility, fees, placement
statistics, rankings, reviews, scholarships, latest updates
etc.
 As well as by interacting with other CollegePredictor.com
users, experts, current students in colleges and alumni
groups.
MODULE ASSIGNED:

 CollegePredictor project is web application project.

In this project 4 coding languages are used that is:
1. HTML
2. CSS
3. JAVA SCRIPT
4. PHP
HTML:

 (Hypertext Markup Language) is the code that is used to

structure a web page and its content. For example,
content could be structured within a set of paragraphs, a
list of bulleted points, or using images and data tables.
CSS:

 CSS is the acronym of “Cascading Style Sheets”.

 CSS is a computer language for laying out and
structuring web pages (HTML or XML).
 This language contains coding elements and is
composed of these “cascading style sheets” which are
equally called CSS files.
JAVA SCRIPT:

 JavaScript is a client scripting language, which is used for

creating web pages.
 It is a standalone language developed in Netscape.
 It is used when a webpage is to be made dynamic and add
special effects on pages like rollover, roll out and many types
of graphics.
PHP:

  PHP is an acronym for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor"

PHP is a widely-used, open source scripting language.
PHP scripts are executed on the server.

FUTURE SCOPE:

 The future scope of this project is very broad. Few

of them are:
I. This can be implemented in less time for proper
admission process.
II. This can be accessed anytime anywhere, since it is
a web application provided only an internet
connection.
 CONCLUSION:
 This is the first project which we created after our training
in web development.
 It may sound simple to fill out a few forms and process the
information, much more is involved in the selection of
applicants than this.
 Every time progress was made and features were added,
ideas for additional features or methods to improve the
usability of the system made themselves apparent.
 This project is done by 4 coding laguages that is HTML,
CSS, JAVASCRIPT and PHP.
 CollgePredictor helps the students to predict there
colleges for admission. It is very convenient for students.
