Book Sales in 2019
Aim
This report is written to provide information about the book
sales between January and May 2019, and to find out why the
sales in April and May 2019 were low.
Methodology
To understand the information about the book sales between
January and May 2019, sales data between January and May
2019 were collected. The sales data were, then, analyzed to
find out why the sales in April and May were low.
Finding
Based on the data, the sales between January and March 2019
were high, but April and May were low. The low sales in
April and May were caused by the low sales in books for
children and teenagers. Furthermore, in April and May, there
were the national exams. This was also predicted as the cause
of the low sales.
Conclusion
The low sales are from books for children and teenagers
between April and May, when the national exams were held.

The results of the research show that (1) The management of Practicum equipment and
materials has not been implemented optimally, especially in the aspects of procuring, utilizing,
maintaining, inventorying and disposing.(2). There are severals obstacls in managing practicum
equipment and materials, were, a) in procuring proses is funding, b) in utilizing process are
laboratory conditions which is used as a classroom, lack of time and limited practicum
equipment and materials, c) in maintaining and invetntoring prosess are lack of time and
expertise, and d) in disposing prosess are difficulty os finding a place for drainage and lack of
understanding of teacher.

The research aimed to describe and expalain (1) the management of practicum equipment and
materials at SMA 1 Tampaksiring viewed from the aspects of planning, procuring, utilizing,
maintaining, inventering, and disposing of the broken practicum equipment materials , and (2)
The obstacles in managing practicum equipment and materials.

This research was a qualitative research with phenomenology approach. This research data was
collected through observation, interviews, and documentation/in managing practicum
Job promotion is an important issue for employees’ professional development.
Our research aims to explore promotion systems for building engineers used by construction
companies in Castilla-La Mancha Autonomous Community. We also aim at analyzing the
influence of promotion on job satisfaction.

This paper draws on qualitative data comprising 34 semi-structured interviews with building
engineers working as site managers for construction companies.

Findings reveal that promotion is related, among other factors, to company size, site volume,
qualifications, seniority or results. Additionally, when promotion initiatives exist their influence
on job satisfaction is either positive or neutral, while when they don’t exist the effect is
negative.

To sum up of this research that to gain the company well developed, Job promotion is needed.
