NAME- SHALU GARG

SECTION- MBA 2
UID NO- 2022-2005-0001-0003
UNDER GUIDANCE BY DR. NILISH KATE
Executive summary
 Electrical car had developed by Sridhar. He is from Bengaluru It is fully
automatic there is no clutch and no gears there are two hatchback and
siting two adult and two children with small radius of just 3.5 meter it
runs on battery and it has a onward charger to facilitate easy charging
plugging in to 15amp socket at home or work

 A fully battery charger it takes less than seven hours ang gives a range of

Introduction
 EV is a electrical vehicle it is full chargeable and all features are
available that is good for future generation but in my point of it is
not right time to buying because due to some reason product did not
take off the way we expected.
 Who should be are targeted a old people, young people,
students ,colleges.
 He is contemplating about repositioning the car .
.
Problems statements
 It acquire higher rate than with conventional vehicle.

 It was very difficult to understand consumer perception toward EV.

Research objectives
 To know why electric vehicle could not enough consumer attraction.
 To study the current expectation of consumer with respect to
electric vehicle , this will lead to its potential for future.
 To study the willingness of buyers of considering electric vehicle as
practical communicating.
 To study the maximum price consumers can afford for buying an
Electrical vehicle.
Importance and benefits
 Importance of that to understand the consumer perception towards
EV .
 It gives a low maintenance cost
 It will help the producer to serve better product according to
consumer needs and wants .
 The servicing requirement for EV are lesser than conventional
vehicles.
Research design
 The research is exploratory in nature and exploratory research design
will be used in electrical vehicle because we are finding a problem
that is not clearly defined.
 The research as a medium to identity issue related from EV.
 Researcher should willing to change new data or insight.
Data Analysis
In data analysis we are conducting a exploratory research design are
the ways of collecting data-
There are four methods of collecting data-
1. In – depth interview
2.FGD ( focused group discussion)
3.Projective techniques
4.Experience survey / Expert survey

5.Asthese methods comes under qualitative research method that is

very easy to collect data from primary data from the market.
Results(delerable)
After conducting a research for two month research result will be :

 It is found that there was a problem in STP (Segment, Target & positioning) of
the product.
 The price of the product was slightly higher in respect to the segment he was
targeting.
 There were certain important features missing, features that are very much
important in a e-vehicle. These are those important features that are
customers first preference.
Scheduling and Budgeting
 Work Schedule : The proposed work schedule :
1. 2 Weeks : for identify the problem and conducting Research.
2. 1 Month : for data Analysis which type of data we will follow ( Primary
data ,
Secondary data)
3. 1 Week : to understand the problem and to know how to solve it.

 Budgeting : Maximum estimated cost conducting in research will be

1000000.
Sampling design
 Study population –. Owner of Bengaluru
 Target population – whole population and those who are interested to buy e-
vehicles., youth people, old people.
 Sample – interested people of e-vehicles in a particular area.
 Sampling unit- Each and every individual know about EV.
 Sampling Frame- List of population those who are interested for EV.
 I am choosing a sample design this – ‘Non-probability Judgmental sampling.’
 Judgmental Sampling – I am choosing this method because they are selected
by researcher or some other expert EV towards consumer expectation.
Understand various important aspects like product quality and after sales
service more in-depth.
