2. AStructure Work:

 The new Mubaireek interchange is proposed as a new 2nd-level, grade separated, interchange across Salwa
Road. It will be located along the axis of Al Attiya Housing Street and Mubaireek Street.
 East deck is having approximate deck area of 240m x 11.95m & West deck area is having 240m x 9.3m Current Existing Proposed Mubaireek
Road / Traffic Interchange
including pedestrian Footpath/Cycle track. Abutment walls of the interchange of Approximately length 165 m

 Utility Works :
Laying & Installation of Water , Ooredoo , EHV/HV/LV/MV, Vodafone, QAF, TSE, Street Light, Drainage/Foul Sewer Network & ITS

 Road Works :
Construction of Main carriageway over the viaduct. Provide and install traffic signs including regular sign road markings in accordance with the Authority's requirements

 Irrigation & Landscaping:


Supply & Installation of Irrigation Network & development of Softscaping & Hardscaping.

 Prime Cost:

Prime cost sum for Ooredoo, Vodafone, QNBN, OAF Works and MOI-SSD Works

 Provisional Sums:

 After completion of Signalised junction at the roundabout, It


will accessible to the traffic.

1. Traffic Management – Stage 2: TTM stage 2 will be


implemented. (Highlighted in yellow as shown in layout
will be closed.)

2. Upon implementation of TTM stage 2, Remaining Road


works will carry out followed by protection of existing
utility work (such as Water , Ooredoo , Vodafone, QAF &
TSE Network ).

Quantitative Risk Analysis (Monte Carlo Simulation was done for simulating the effect of delay
in Authority approval (28 days). Triangular distribution used with Min: 28 d Most likely: 36 d
And Max: 45 d. With 80% level of Confidence the project completion date is 11 January 2022
(A total slippage of 11 Jan 2022 -09 Dec 2021 = 33 days)
