What can lead/cause to have bad mental health

Mental illness/disorders, refer to a wide range of mental diseases.


They are usually related to your mind and can affect your daily life routine, starting from
eating disorders, anxieties, panic attacks and many more.
Bad mental health can be caused by the following factors…
>Child Abuse (neglection from your parents)
>Social disadvantage (poverty or debt)
>Bereavement (losing someone close to you)
>Social isolation
>Experiencing Social Discrimination (racism) or also known as stigma
>Physical injury
Symptoms
Now that we are fully aware of What can lead to mental illness, now we are
worried about the symptoms, Some of the symptoms are as follows.
• Confused thinking or reduced ability to concentrate
• Withdrawal from friends and activities
• Excessive anger, hostility or violence
• Detachment from reality (delusions), paranoia or intense hallucinations
• Trouble understanding and relating to situations and to people
• Major changes in eating habits
And one of the BIGGEST red flags are,
• Suicidal thinking
What do I do if I have a couple of those symptoms?
if you are too concerned about your mental health you might actually slowly yet
effectively ruin it with stress
Usually, mental illnesses (disorders) can be treated with a combination of
suppressive medications (for anxiety and panic attacks, which are the most
frequent disorders) and psychotherapy (face-to-face therapy), or you can simply
seek support from your loved ones (family, friends, soulmate/husband)
---if you have the guts to do so.
