• Avoid rubbing your eyes


• Practice frequent hand washing.
• Protect your eyes from the sun. Wear sunglasses.
• Stay hydrated.
• Keep a balance diet. Eat fruits and vegetables that helps that maintain the health of
your eyes.
• Keep proper monitor distance and room lighting
