Inference:
The person should manage their
time perfectly which may reduces
the frustration of an individual.
How satisfied are you with your current work hours?

Inference:
Working for straight 9 hours is quiet
difficult so we should implement 1
hour break which includes in 9
hours work schedule just like
foreign countries do..
How often do you work overtime?

Inference:
It depends upon the workload and
submission of project which may
extend the working hours.
Have you missed a personal event because of work?

Inference:
Its rare that due to my work some
personal event has been missed but
if there is some kind of situation
arise then we have to manage
accordingly.
Do you check emails after you leave the office?

Inference:
If there is some urgency in work
then we have to check our mails
because its our part of work.
What can be done to improve the work life balance?

Inference:
A person should follow their daily
plans and maintain both personal
and professional life.
What does a flexible job mean to you?

Inference:
Its depends on your work profile
that what work you are doing and in
which environment so the employee
have to decide their own work hours
Do you have the ability to move from one task to
another with ease?

Inference:
If two task has been assigned to a
person then he/she will focus on the
first task then the second.
How you will manage a dispute between two team
members who disagree over the responsibilities?

Inference:
We will sit with both the person
having dispute and try to rectify the
matter easily.
How would your colleagues and team describe you?

Inference:
The team members are very much
comfortable while sharing their
thoughts and maintaining a good
relationship.
Learning outcomes

heads I have learned various strategies which will enhance my skills and will
help in developing my career with their valuable points. The employees are
very cooperative and was a great interactive session with them.

• NVivo is a qualitative data analysis (QDA) computer software package


• produced by QSR International. NVivo helps qualitative researchers to
• organize, analyze and find insights in unstructured or qualitative data
• like interviews, open-ended survey responses, journal articles, social
• media and web content, where deep levels of analysis on small or
• large volumes of data are required.
