more students - Such blended learning includes comprehensive online classes, use of
modules and lesson broadcast on tv and and other social platforms. 1.b. . Every year the
budget for education is not enough.

2.a. As often as possible I instruct teachers to be as frequent as they follow-up with students
by chatting or texting. Through this, students are able to adjust whether they stay online or
have a modular approach to learning. It also allows the teacher and students to share their
experience in the current situation. It serves as the basis for the next steps that the school
will take for the benefit of the students. 2.b. For the lowest budget allotments for education,
the school regularly engages with stakeholders to share with them all the school's plans and
programs for the benefit of the student. As a result, stakeholders serve as the school’s Mr. Raymond S. Villafane
partner to seek donors to carry out all school programs to provide quality education with all
students Head Teacher II

3. For me there is no single leadership style that suits every challenge in schools. There are different
leadership styles that can be used in different situations. I have used the Participative Leadership style
on many occasions. By doing so, I give every member of our organization the right to participate in
any planning and decision-making. As a result, they are further improving their performance in the
duties assigned by DepEd. Teachers view positively that they are part of the school because their
opinion and determination are important in any decision made by the school.
1. The quality of education that our learners receive
and the intention to return to face to face classes
2. Make innovations on programs and projects that
will solve the problems like CIP Research based

1. The modular learning modality and the conditions of the school
facility.
2. The modular learning modality We keep on being connected with
parents via text messaging and messenger to monitor the progress
of their children’s accomplishments at home. We usually entertain
parents’ queries and concerns via the same modes. The conditions
of the school facility, we allocate school funds for the
improvement of the school facility and we forge linkages with
external stakeholders to facilitate the improvement of the existing
school facilities.
3. I use a collaborative leadership style to maximize the potential of
all the people in our organization. I involve our stakeholders in the
Dr. Joey B. Cabigao decision-making process for the continuous improvement efforts
Principal III - City of of our school. I let them realize that the success of the school is a
Malolos Integrated School- shared responsibility of everyone towards the quality delivery of
Atlag education services for our beloved learners.
1. a. I could be wrong, but I am beginning to be worried about the
commitment of some teachers to their job. Teachers are not keen on
reporting to the school. Some cannot meet the deadline. b. There are
students that are not getting/returning their modules.
2. a. We need to have inputs on the job commitment and importance of
the role of the teachers on the learning of their students. How I wish
that the webinar done by the Div. Office about the love and zest for
teaching could have positive impact of those teachers that joined the
webinar. b. I had some dialogue with the parents and concern students
about this. They are asking for chance to make up. We had an
agreement signed by both parties that the student will make up for the
lost time.
3. I usually prefer the democratic style of leadership wherein I listen to Mr. Roberto G. Laganao
inputs regarding things of concern bearing in mind that at the end the Principal III – Sta. Lucia
responsibility is mine. I find it useful to listen to their ideas and High School (Calumpit)
concern. There are times that I used close supervision. This is done
specially to situations/teachers that have difficulty following the
agreed plans. Dr. Ma. Elsie S. Laganao

1. If we are talking about the current educational setup which is affected by the
pandemic, I can say that the major issue was the transitioning from the traditional face-
to-face classes to online distance classes in our school. It was not very easy to make all
the preparations and orientations that we did to teachers, parents, and students. Aside
from this, another major difficulty is ensuring that there is proper communication with
the teachers even if they are working from home. We cannot require the teachers to
report on a daily basis, so we needed to explore ways on how to communicate with
them effectively.

2. The transitioning to online distance learning was difficult but we were able to do it
because we were somewhat prepared. We were using a learning management system
(LMS) even prior to the pandemic, so we did not have to start from the bottom. We also
listened to the concerns of parents and students. As for the second issue which is
ensuring proper communication with the teachers despite the work from home setup, we
needed to establish a new set of rules which are more considerate and compassionate
Mr. Ramadan De Jesus without compromising the quality of learning of our students. We make sure that teachers
are encouraged to do what is expected from them so they can influence their students to
Principal also remain enthusiastic and motivated to learn despite the situation.

Baliuag University 3. I can say that I subscribe to transformational leadership style. It is very useful in dealing
with the teachers. This is effective in winning the teachers’ hearts and their loyalty and in
ensuring that they are doing their responsibilities well even if their salaries are not
comparable to that of DepEd teachers. There may have been times when I was doing
transactional leadership style especially when there are urgent tasks to accomplish, like in
submission of student forms and graduation.
1. Non-cooperative parents and abnormal school set-up
because of the pandemic
2. Try to communicate the best way we can about the
concerns to parents even if they seem to be
uncooperative. If they don't go to school, we opt to
have a home visit. Use our available resources and do
our best to adjust to the situation.
3. I usually use participative style of leadership. I ask
subordinates of their suggestion on concerns and
allow them to lead the group under them by
Rev.Fr. Edgardo Toribio,Jr., Ed.D.
themselves as much as possible. However, when
needed I also use the authoritative style. When other
leaders under me don't do well, I tend to give them Rector-
