Techniques in Writing an Accurate Summary
1. Preview the text.
2. Read, think and understand the text. (Use dictionary if
needed.)
3. Look for the main idea and evidences. (Annotate if
needed.)
“You can write your summary after reading a text but one can also
do it while reading.”
