Some Observation
• One of the key reason for ASUS not having good market share as ASUS has
monitor starting from 21.5”. But 21.5” spec. is not suitable with current market
situation.
• From pandemic period we are not getting enough gaming product as per our
requirement. As a result sell fell down.
• We need to work in different way, like we can recruit employee in several branch
who will work with all ASUS component product, thus our sale will increase.
• Our branch manager are not enthusiastic towards selling all product, we need to
work on that.
• We can increase gaming monitor share, but al the PM should work together.
