Students can understand about the non verbal
communication and interaction
(Knapp, 1997)
Nonverbal communication includes all
the messages other than words that
people exchange in interactive
contexts consciously or unconsciously.

In which physical behaviors, as opposed to words, are
used to express or convey the information. Such
behavior includes facial expressions, body posture,
gestures, eye movement, touch and the use of space.

Communication The eyes play an important role in nonverbal
communication and such things as looking,
staring and blinking are important nonverbal
behaviors. When people encounter people or
things that they like, the rate of blinking
increases and pupils dilate.
