elaborate wall paintings, and
has existed since ancient
times, with examples dating
back to ancient Egypt, ancient
Greece, and the Roman Graffiti showcasing the an artist literally replacing the

GRAFFITI

Graffiti, first of all, unlike, Vandalism which crude and

damaging, requires a considerabel level of technical art
skill. It exemplifies the Freedom of Expression as the
artist isn't restrained by the art gallery curators, critics
and potential buyers. The artist is also free to touch
upon any pressing issue no matter how controversial it
may be politically and/or socially.

VANDALISM

There are a number of crimes that deal with the

improper use of property. One example is vandalism.
This crime generally involves the destruction,
defacement, or demise of public or private property.
Examples of this crime include spray painting a
building, intentionally damaging a person’s vehicle, and
breaking windows out of warehouses.
Reasons for joining EUMIND
I was a part of EUMIND right before Covid-19 started
in 8th grade in 2019. I was but a humble member of
my group, being a new joiner and a comparatively
younger student, leadership and other important
duties were assigned to senior students, Ex-
Euminders. But in only fulfilling my small roll, I
learned so much. I learnt how a group interacts
amongst each other when a common task is
assigned. I learnt how students in a foreign country
communicate and collaborate with us and vice versa,
the difficulties one faces while doing so, how to
overcome them and complete the assignment at
hand. The world has a changed a lot since then, now
I am the senior student, the experienced one and
now plan to lead a group of younger students and
help them communicate, collaborate and corroborate
the best I can while fulfilling my own individual
responsibilities.
About Myself

My name is Yash and right now, I am studying in 11th grade. I have several hobbies and
interests, playing club cricket, fitness, yoga. I love decorating the walls of my room, with anything
interesting I find. The decorations range from drawings I made, to posters of cars and players, to
bird and spiderman stickers, to scientific charts and graphs. Whatever it may be, I like my walls
filled with interesting stuff to read and see, and as you would expect, anyone who comes to my
room is usually taken aback by how ‘filled’ my room looks, hence my enthusiasm regarding
Graffiti, and my reason to choose lead a group with Graffiti and Vandalism as the topic of
research in EUMIND
