Increasing use of

plastics
Jongay, Junelyn A
Idala, Thricia F.
Monsalud, Jenalyn
Introduction
Plastic bags are one of the most commonly
used things today
plastic bags are a major source of plastic
pollution
 They contribute to a lot of waste which keeps
collecting over the years.
Plastic takes thousands of years to break
down and decompose.
Specifically this seek to answer the
following questions

1.What is the relationship between increasing the

used of plastic and the Company that used plastics
as packaging ? Is the relationship significant?
2.How does Plastics affect the environment?
3.What are the causes of constantly increasing of
plastic?
The hypothesis to tested are:
1. H0: There is no significant relationship between
the increasing of plastics and affect to health
Ha: There is significant relationship between the
increasing of plastics and using plastics to the
packaging
2. H0: All the parameters understudy are equal to
zero.
Ha: At least one parameter is not equal to zero.

DISCUSSION
Base on the study, Plastic is the most produced material
globally for different application markets including electronics,
automotive, agriculture, toys and textiles. They have found high
uptake in packaging industry particularly in the food industry
where the packaging is mostly single-use. Ncube, Lindani
Koketso et.al, (2020). Constantly increasing of plastic, has major
impact of plastic bags on the environment is that it takes many
years to them to decompose, also it contain toxic substances that
are released into the soil when plastic bags perish under sunlight
then the toxic substance goes into the air that causing ambient
air solution.
