or low psychosocial hazard on the productivity and physical health of workmen has long been established, thus making it a concept that deserves attention in occupational health. • Monitoring of hazards associated with cocoa farming is limited to self- reporting like the general population. • This study, therefore, aimed to assess occupational wellness, a proxy measure of the risk of psychosocial hazard, and its determinants among cocoa farmers in the South-West region of Nigeria.
