BUREAUCRACY IS?

BUREAUCRACY:
 It’s an administrative system designed to accomplish
large scale administrative tasks by systematically
coordinating the work of many individuals

It’s flexible and in the form of coordinated norms

4. Principle of Impersonality
1: According to Weber, the relationship between employees must be
professional.
2: The rules are well defined, clear and are applied in the same way to
everyone across the board.
 
5. Principle of Career Orientation
1: It’s the employer’s responsibility to match their employees with the jobs
that best suit them.
2: Career orientation promotes loyalty and provides motivation for
employees to exert extra effort.
 
6. Principle of Formal Selection Process
1: Bureaucracy is that management can inspire workers to develop a long-
term career in the company by providing them with job security and
