Description of The Business
The KapeRisTeata coffee and tea house stands for coffee or
‘kape’ in Filipino, barista, and tea. The KapeRisTeaTa is a
one of a kind coffee and tea house. A coffee and tea house
that has its own barista school for those who wanted to learn
how to brew and make an extraordinary coffee and tea in a
barista way. This school of barista where anyone can apply
into, teaches its student to appreciate the bitter taste of
coffee and tea, to learn new skills up to knowing the perfect
brew of coffee.
LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS
This business will be established in Sampaloc Manila
along Dapitan St. in Metro Manila. The location of this
business is surrounded by different universities and
offices wherein the students and workers are in need of a
great place to stay on to relax and work.

This refers to the amount money used to ensure the proper operation
in establishing the company:

Construction = 80,000 Pesos

Employee’s Salary = 75,000 Pesos

The owner of the business accumulated a total
amount of 1,500,000 Pesos for the capital
needed in establishing the business. The two
owners of the business, Ms. Henrian Xaira
Eugenio and Ms. Ma. Louise Abigail Galvez
both agreed on investing an equal share as the
source of fund in establishing the business.
